On a serious note - imagine the millions, maybe billions, of forcibly stolen taxpayer dollars that went into creating this "law," enforcing it, prosecuting people for it, defending it in appeals court, then defending it in this and other lawsuits. ....and for what? So leftists can grandstand while actual criminals never followed the "law" anyway.

Bodycam footage has been released of a San Diego County Sheriff's Office and a Palomar College police officer opening fire on Andre Raphael Mendez (31) after he pulled a firearm during a traffic stop in Oceanside, California in February.
Mr. Mendez died on the scene saving taxpayers millions of dollars.
The vehicle was reportedly pulled over for having a tail light out. After being pulled over, officers discovered the license plate didn't match the registration and it appeared to be hot wired.
