Phoenix police pulled over 46-year-old Sam Perone and he got out of his car before the officer approached the vehicle. Sam escalated the situation and they got into a physical fight.
Whilst fighting, the officer's mag was dropped out of his handgun. When the officer drew his gun and fired it was a single shot gun. The shot struck Mr. Perone in the leg.
Yet another example of why no guns should have "magazine disconnect safeties."
