almost all of NC's anti gun laws started out during the Jim Crow era and, since the early 2000s as yankees have taken over the state, these laws have been championed by the invading democrats.

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
