Tajuan Washington, 19, has been arrested following the recent mass shooting event at the Brass Mill Mall in Waterbury, Connecticut where at least 5 people were shot.
He was out on bond when he committed this crime after being arrested for driving at 105mph and attempting to (failed) out run police.
