Last night the Mexican Navy’s sail training vessel, ARM Cuauhtémoc, sailed into the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City.
The incident occurred just before 9:00pm EST. 2 sailors have reportedly died and 19 have been injured. You can see several hanging from safety rigs toward the end of the video...

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
Plan and carry guns at all times accordingly...
