-A casino has to be one of the worst possible places to commit a crime. Cameras everywhere and a heavy police presence at most. The odds of conviction when committing a crime there have to be near 100%.
-Glass chins are a real thing. Some guys just neurologically can't take a punch. If that's you then it's even more important to avoid a street fight as you have no control over what happens after the lights go out.

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
