Michigan's new "red flag" law has now been used to take the guns of the parents of children who made threats with no due process.
You read that correctly. Children, many times elementary school age, make what the state deems a threat then armed agents of the State show up at their house and forcibly confiscate the guns owned by the parents without trial.
