This is now the 2nd time (that I'm aware of) that President Trump's DOJ has argued in favor of President Biden's (completely made up out of thin air) "Frame and Receiver Rule."
An DOJ attorney argued that Tate Adamiak's "machine gun" conviction was strengthened by the rule being upheld by SCOTUS last week and now they're continuing to partner with NY AG Letitia James in this lawsuit.
DOJ can stop the lawsuits at any time. Better yet, President Trump can just repeal the "rule" by executive order any time he wants. It really is that easy.
