Some states have what's called a "Restaurants Meals Program" (RMP) as part of their food stamps program.
So, if you live in one of those states - you pay for other people to go out to restaurants while you budget and eat at home.
Seems like an easy fix....

Escondido police received a call about a man with a knife jumping in front of vehicles and threatening drivers.
When they arrived the man stated he wanted police to shoot him and after her charged them his wish was granted with an impromptu ballistics test on his torso and leg.
After soaking up multiple 9mm hollow point rounds the man still refused to drop the knife. Additional officers eventually arrived and used multiple 40mm "sponge rounds" on him until he dropped the knife and was taken into custody.
Good example of pistol wounding ballistics if the central nervous system isn't hit.
Plan accordingly....
