President Obama made up a "rule" (enforced with the penalty of law despite no congressional involvement) called 41F.
Prior to 41F families could have a NFA Trust and only one person on the trust had to go through the NFA process (photos, finger prints, wait time, $200 tax stamp, etc...) and once approved everyone in the trust could legally use the item as they wished.
After 41F became a "rule," everyone on the trust had to go through the NFA process in order for the trust to own the NFA item.
There is absolutely no basis in law for this rule. Other trusts do not have these unconstitutional restrictions put on the members of the legal entity.
41F should be removed immediately by the Trump administration. Eliminating the burdens put on America's 2nd Amendment rights is the baseline. America didn't vote for the baseline....
