I got a call about this yesterday but several media organizations are reporting it now so I feel comfortable posting it publicly - Marvin Richardson, the Deputy Director of the ATF (for many, many years...) has been forced to retire.

He's a career tyrant who was the main player behind the "pistol brace rule" and was part of the WACO raid that resulted in over 20 children being burned alive...

This is a good sign....

Attorney General Pam Bondi just posted this on the DOJ site announcing the creation of a Second Amendment Enforcement Task Force.

The word "enforcement" is interesting here. Will they be arresting all the state level tyrants that deny their citizens their 2nd Amendment rights? I'd be down for that.

There is in fact a federal law permitting them to do just that:

18 U.S.C. § 242 makes it a crime for anyone acting "under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom" to willfully deprive another person of rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States

President Obama made up a "rule" (enforced with the penalty of law despite no congressional involvement) called 41F.

Prior to 41F families could have a NFA Trust and only one person on the trust had to go through the NFA process (photos, finger prints, wait time, $200 tax stamp, etc...) and once approved everyone in the trust could legally use the item as they wished.

After 41F became a "rule," everyone on the trust had to go through the NFA process in order for the trust to own the NFA item.

There is absolutely no basis in law for this rule. Other trusts do not have these unconstitutional restrictions put on the members of the legal entity.

41F should be removed immediately by the Trump administration. Eliminating the burdens put on America's 2nd Amendment rights is the baseline. America didn't vote for the baseline....
