Felon carrying a gun feels like he was insulted by gas station staff whilst ordering chicken which leads to a verbal argument.
Argument carries on into the parking lot. Felon then spits on gas station clerk. Clerk responds by pulling his gun and opening fire. Felon pulls his gun but doesn't appear to fire.
Both parties were arrested and released on bond.
