A man was randomly robbed and assaulted at Old Fourth Ward Park by two armed men. One of the violent armed felon robbers had a negligent discharge during the robbery but thankfully didn't shoot the victim.
Note how passers by don't seem to react in a "normal" way to the crime in progress - tell tale sign they're used to this activity in this area...

The the shooter is reportedly in custody and Charlie's condition is unknown at this time.
