Video of an Iowa City police officer in full mount dishing out some ground and pound. reportedly the citizen getting hit assaulted the officer before the cameras started rolling & the department says they have multiple angles of the encounter.
However, the department stated they will not release their videos to the public until after they're used in the criminal prosecution of the man on the receiving end of the ground and pound.
