A man was hospitalized after self immolating near the Parliament building in Kampala, Uganda.
Benjamin Agaba, reportedly resorted to setting himself on fire after more than a year of lodging complaints with the NRM party over vandalism of his home which left his father homeless over their affiliation with the NUP which is a prominent opposition party in Uganda.
