Glocks are not uniquely susceptible to being converted into machine guns.
Every striker fired gun that has a "trigger bar" that is above the trigger shoe can be converted in EXACTLY the same way.
The only reason "glock switches" are in common use now is because Glocks are the most popular striker fired guns in America (also why they're recovered so often). Nothing else about them is unique design wise...
