Concrete falls from the ceiling of the Prudential Tunnel in Boston onto multiple vehicles.
Having grown up in Massachusetts during the "Big Dig" this in no way surprises me. That project was a total cluster with shoddy materials, delays, stolen money, etc...
I'd guess this will only become more common at various Big Dig sites as the years go on.
