The 5th Circuit has just ruled that a ban on machine guns is inconsistent with the text, history, and tradition (Bruen decision) of the 2nd Amendment which is factually true.
People (mostly statists) may not like it but there's absolutely no doubt this is the correct legal ruling. None.
