Rick Caruso, who lost the Los Angeles Mayoral race to Karen Bass, claims firefighters cannot get water in the Palisades, where a the fire continues to burn homes and businesses across the city. The county was supposed to fill the reservoirs but didn't.

If this is true (it probably is based on multiple reports) this should be the lead story on every honest news outlet. California is a failed state...
