General Talal Shafiq Makhlouf, former commander of the Republican Guard (105th), under arrest when a random guy comes up and punches him saying "do you recall who I am" "look at me" then "I f**ked her for you" (I think, background noise is rough...)
The 105th is the unit that opened fired on protesters in 2011 in Douma and also reportedly was involved in the later use of chemical weapons.
His future isn't looking too bright at the moment...
