Jihadists have continued to gain control of key terrain in Damascus Syria. Reportedly they now control the airport and all state broadcasting stations.
The next few days may be Russia's equivalent of America's "fall of Saigon" moment for Russian citizens and assets in the area but we shall see....

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
