The fact that there was at least one juror who wanted to convict Daniel Penny on manslaughter reflects very poorly on the current state of our country.
In a just world the lesser charges will be thrown out, dismissed, or the jury will find him innocent next week.
It's also a reminder to avoid blue cities at all costs. The people that run them hate you and will lock you in a cage for a "political win" and not think twice about doing so.
