Madman used his car to ram into a crowd of mostly children near the Yong'an Primary School in Dingcheng District, Changde City, Hunan Province, China (湖南常德鼎城区永安小学) last week.
Initial reports indicated over 30 killed but China never follows up with additional information after incidents like this so we'll likely never know the actual amount of those killed/injured.
This serves as a reminder that someone hell bent on killing will do so and continue to do so until forcibly stopped when the good guys arrive on scene with the tool/skilled to do so. The instrument used to kill is just a tool misused by the killer.
