I don't say this lightly but GEN Milley should be court-martialed and face charges for the crimes he publicly and openly committed. Our military leadership has been held unaccountable for what they've done to the force and not done on the battlefield for the past 20+ years.
This would be a start toward reversing that. If a senior NCO or junior officer did the things he did they would be in prison right now. He was a 4 star and should be held to at least the same standard if not a higher standard.

At least 3 people have been hospitalized and the police do not have a suspect(s) in custody.

Escondido police received a call about a man with a knife jumping in front of vehicles and threatening drivers.
When they arrived the man stated he wanted police to shoot him and after her charged them his wish was granted with an impromptu ballistics test on his torso and leg.
After soaking up multiple 9mm hollow point rounds the man still refused to drop the knife. Additional officers eventually arrived and used multiple 40mm "sponge rounds" on him until he dropped the knife and was taken into custody.
Good example of pistol wounding ballistics if the central nervous system isn't hit.
