Hurley's daughter, Frankie Sielski, says just moments earlier she had passed the group of teens on her way to her car and asked the boys if they were going to fight. They ignored her.
Police say five teens ranging in age from 15 to 18 are charged with aggravated assault, endangering an injured victim and riot."

Wild video here. Before getting into what happens in this video it's important to know the officer here had responded to the same address the night before regarding a potential home invasion and talked extensively to the home owner.
The next evening (in this video) the home owner called 911 because a man had broken into the home wearing a "red ski mask" and "dark colored clothing."
The officer responds, sees the homeowner (again, who he talked to the night before) struggling with the intruder who had a knife. Officer gives a command for them to drop the knife then opens fire on the home owner, killing him.
Footage has been released as part of an ongoing lawsuit by the home owner's daughter.
