Police are searching for a suspect seen on surveillance video robbing a driver of an armored money truck outside of a bank in North College Hill back in August.
It happened around 9 a.m. on Aug. 21 at the Chase Bank on West Galbraith Road when the surveillance video shows a suspect pulled up to a Brinks truck who was changing cash drawers at the bank and robbed them.
The video shows the suspect appear to spray mace at the driver before stealing cash from the truck"

A lot of questions on my earlier post of American police using AK47 variants as service rifles. Here's an older article but I know it's more than just that department.
I was in northern Montana a few years ago (just before the kung flu) and ran into a bunch of cops using Bulgarian AKs as their service rifles. I specifically asked them if they were issued or personally bought and they confirmed issued due to the cold. I'm sure there are other departments/orgs using them for similar reasons as well but those are the two I know of off hand...

Also, some questioned how I knew it was an "urban environment." Well I've lived in America for many decades now and it didn't seem rural to me. Turns out, to no one's surprise, it was Memphis which is a border line 3rd world country...
