I think it's important for all of y'all who have helped since I made my first post on Monday September 30th to understand what y'all have enabled to happen.

I first talked with my friend Emily that day and she mentioned her husband Logan was planning on volunteering with rescue/aid efforts. I then asked her to have Logan call me so I could get the 5 Ws of how I could help them, The Martyrs' Walk (TMW), and to learn their capabilities, capacities, and identify gaps in those areas to see how I (really y'all) could help.

I make my first post followed by my video. Right around that time (about 4-5 hours later) there's a link up made with TMW and group/company called Preparedness Consulting Services LLC (PCS) who already operate in the area and know all the important people, the terrain, etc... in western NC.

Funds and supplies come in over the next couple days thanks to all of you. Additionally more volunteers join both groups and their gaps in capabilities (large vehicles, off road vehicles, rotary wing aircraft, etc...) are either acquired or coordinated for.

Oct 3rd supplies and men from TMW move from the coast of NC to Charlotte, link up with more volunteers/supplies, and continue into the the mountains and establish their first logistical hub that was already pre planned for by PCS.

Aid distribution & rescue operations begin.

Both MTW & PCS continually expand their operational reach, continually pushing farther from their logistical hub, create more hubs further out, etc...

Other organizations are in the area as well doing similar things but with different strengths & weaknesses in their capabilities and capacities.

Leaders of these groups meet and come up with plans for how they can help more people more quickly by working together.

All of that leads to the photo, taken 2 hours ago, you see here where members of PCS are planning operations with their new partner force the Florida Special Missions Unit right before they pushed out for today's missions 🇺🇸

That is what all the support you have provided has enabled - it's simply awesome and you have saved American lives. That IS NOT hyperbole. Thank you.
