American Bradley given to the Ukrainians is hit by two Russian ATGMs (guessing 9M133s...?) and at least some of the crew appears to survive.
Hard to tell from the footage if there was any reactive armor on it or not but the first hit looks like there may have been some involved, not so much with the second one but that's just a guess...

Anyone who's served in the military knows that every mission has "mission critical" equipment/assets/decision points/etc...
In the planning cycle they're identified and redundancies are built into the plan as no plan survives first contact. This is a very basic planning function; every E5 and above in the military is expected to understand/identify/plan these sorts of things.
I'd recommend th eSecret Service adopt this type of planning methodology. I'm sure there are plenty of veterans in the organization that can help implement it.
There's just no excuse for "technical difficulties" (which happen) to cause this type of security gap in an operation. The only way I can see that happening is they had a single point of failure without built in redundancies...
