The charging documents filed yesterday also said the agent "fired at the barrel." One of the Sheriff's (not sure which county at the moment) said he was wearing the bright salmon/pink shirt (seen in the arrest video) in his improvised observation post when he fled.
I suppose it's possible the shadows obscured him from the bright sunlight where the 6th green/agent was but I'd think that shirt would be visible if he wasn't using some sort of camo 🤔

General Brown signed a memo directing the USAF to have less white officers only 3 years ago so him being out isn't a surprise.
I think the biggest news of this announcement is the last paragraph directing the SECDEF to (likely through STEP promotions) to nominate 5 additional officers for high level promotions.
Given that the SECDEF has recently issued memos saying the COVID "vaccine" mandate was "unacceptable" but everyone who's read the UCMJ knows they weren't unacceptable, they were unlawful. I'm assuming some attorneys at the pentagon have directed him not to use that word for some reason but it would be a good opportunity to promote the very few senior officers that challenged that unlawful order. If a flag officer doesn't or can't recognize a CLEARLY unlawful order they have no business being promoted much less through the relatively rare STEP promotion process.
That's my $0.02 anyway...
