1. I'm honestly surprised he stayed in America and didn't to go a non extradition country. With just what's come out so far (not counting what was recovered at his homes that were raided) they have him dead to rights with enough charges that, if convicted, he'll never see the outside of a prison after the trial.
2. The "grand jury indictment" system needs to be reformed. Almost no evidence at all has to be presented to meet the standard of an indictment.
