No reasonable person would trust an agency that's chosen to actively prosecute Person A to fairly and impartially investigate Person B who is suspected of attempting to kill Person A regardless of who those people are.

The charging documents filed yesterday also said the agent "fired at the barrel." One of the Sheriff's (not sure which county at the moment) said he was wearing the bright salmon/pink shirt (seen in the arrest video) in his improvised observation post when he fled.
I suppose it's possible the shadows obscured him from the bright sunlight where the 6th green/agent was but I'd think that shirt would be visible if he wasn't using some sort of camo 🤔
