Having been to Haiti this all checks out to me.
It's truly a completely alien culture; they're nothing like "normal" westerners. Eating the neighbor's animals, living in human waste, killing other people, etc... it's just a normal day for them.
Will the "leaders" of Springfield Ohio do anything about the 20k Haitians that have invaded the town? Probably not unfortunately...
