Apparently the federal government has seized the president of Venezuela's plane.
1. How will Maduro retaliate against America and/or American citizens in Venezuela?

3. There has been no declaration of war but as an interesting historically related note: "In Brown v. United States, Chief Justice John Marshall addressed the legal position of enemy property during wartime. He held that the mere declaration of war by Congress does not effect a confiscation of enemy property situated within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States, but that Congress could subject such property to confiscation by further action. As an exercise of the war power, such confiscation is not subject to the restrictions of the Fifth and Sixth Amendments. Since such confiscation is unrelated to the personal guilt of the property owner, it is immaterial whether the property belongs to an alien, a neutral, or even to a citizen. Confiscation operates as an instrument of coercion, which, by depriving an enemy of his or her property, impairs the ability of such enemy to oppose the confiscating government while providing the confiscating government the means for conducting the war."

At least 3 people have been hospitalized and the police do not have a suspect(s) in custody.

Escondido police received a call about a man with a knife jumping in front of vehicles and threatening drivers.
When they arrived the man stated he wanted police to shoot him and after her charged them his wish was granted with an impromptu ballistics test on his torso and leg.
After soaking up multiple 9mm hollow point rounds the man still refused to drop the knife. Additional officers eventually arrived and used multiple 40mm "sponge rounds" on him until he dropped the knife and was taken into custody.
Good example of pistol wounding ballistics if the central nervous system isn't hit.
Plan accordingly....
