However, almost all 3/4 star flag officers do this. Take a look at any DOD contractor's board and you'll see their names right there along with their bios. It'll be interesting to see if they all get arrested now that this new standard has been set...

"An armed offender entered a business at the location and stole property, police said.
After the offender exited the business, he was in an altercation with two victims. The suspect shot the two men multiple times and fled southbound on Springfield Avenue in a white SUV, CPD said.
Both victims died at Mt. Sinai Hospital.
On Monday, they were identified as Faustino Alamo Dominguez, 63, and Luis Alamo, 25, of Berwyn, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner." -ABC7
