-His position was what I templated "team 3" in my initial diagrams of the scene
-He states he was never able to get a visual on Crks from his position.
-He states that Crks having a range finder would warrant a "stop and question"
That second point is new information. From modeling I've seen of the site I would have thought he'd have a visual even with the slope but apparently not.
The third bullet raises another question I've asked in my previous videos - how did no LE officers walk up to him while he was on the ground and had been identified as a "person of interest?" Multiple videos have shown that multiple uniformed officers were on that side of the complex but apparently they didn't think to walk up to him and ask what he was up to? Odd....
