63-year-old Paul Slane decided it was a good idea to approach another vehicle with his gun drawn during a road rage encounter.
He's lucky he didn't get dropped right there in the street and only got arrested after this video was shared publicly.

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
Plan and carry guns at all times accordingly...
