According to Sen Grassley's office:
Crooks joined the Claritin Shooting Range on Aug 10, 2023. This particular range is apparently used by lots of federal LE agencies FWIW.
Since then, he signed into range 43 times, even spending holidays there, including Christmas, Valentines Day, Halloween.
80% of the time he trained with rifles, not handguns.
His last trip to the range was the day before the assassination attempt.
