This certainly appears to be the officer that the Butler town director claimed fell off the roof because he was unable to hold himself up and draw his gun at the same time whilst Crooks pointed his rifle at him.
Assuming that's true, why would they withhold this video until now? Odd...

Reportedly footage from a Russian soldier recording his comrades dragging an injured fellow soldier to a medivac point when they hit a landmine or IED (no way to know from this footage) triggering a mass causality event.
There's a lot to break down in the clip but interestingly the guy filming has a suppressed AK74 with the stock folded & no optic on what appears to be a position near the front lines. Interesting indeed... 👀
