Another pre-mission slide brief showing locations. From everything I've read the Washington SWAT team was no actually on site on the 13th which would explain why the Butler ESU team shifted and moved to their pre-plotted location.

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
Plan and carry guns at all times accordingly...
