Dan Bongino just reported that the decision for the police counter sniper team to establish their position in a 2nd story window rather than on the high ground was made by the Secret Service advance team approximately a week prior to the event.
In my opinion that makes the fact that this key terrain/high ground wasn't covered even worse than previously thought.
It's one thing if the police team made the call the day of and the Secret Service didn't check in on them - that's bad.
It's an entirely different level of negligence/incompetence to plan it that way with no other position covering that terrain.
As of right now we have been told there were 4 counter sniper teams on site; 2 Secret Service and two police teams. So, if you watched my video on Monday showing where the other 3 teams were positioned then we know a large portion of the backside (relative to President Trump) of the roof was not visible to any of the sniper teams until the killer skylined himself at/near the crest of the roof.
