-bought a ladder at Home Depot but it was a 5' ladder rather than the one seen in the video. Investigators are claiming this is the ladder he used however
-then he purchased 50 rounds of ammo and drove to the rally with a live IED in his trunk and a remote detonation switch on his person
-no information on his devices shows him researching how to make explosives

Reportedly footage from a Russian soldier recording his comrades dragging an injured fellow soldier to a medivac point when they hit a landmine or IED (no way to know from this footage) triggering a mass causality event.
There's a lot to break down in the clip but interestingly the guy filming has a suppressed AK74 with the stock folded & no optic on what appears to be a position near the front lines. Interesting indeed... 👀
