1. Typically it's not wise to draw on a drawn gun but in this case the would be robber took his had off the grip and couldn't work the trigger so the would be victim had time to get the first shot off which he did.
2. Good use of deception to draw from the pocket; criminal probably assumed he was grabbing his phone/wallet to hand it over.
3. It appears all shots missed at distances of 8 inches to 3 or 4 feet.
4. ONCE AGAIN, we see that criminals do not use braces. Law abiding citizens do.
