Under most circumstances I oppose human cloning. But... we need to clone Clarence Thomas.
He once again demonstrated the strangely rare ability to read actual laws and interpret them correctly; even if the "facts of the case" are less than optimal. All other 8 justices have proven themselves to lack this ability.
This ruling is an example of the adage "hard cases make bad law"
