Hunter Biden has been convicted on all counts.
There's already a case challenging whether substance use can make you a "prohibited person" that is pending Supreme Court acceptance.
So... Hunter's case will likely be appealed. Additionally in my opinion it's also more likely that SCOTUS will choose to hear that case sooner than later to decide the issue once and for all.
If they use the Bruen standard - both cases (and many more lower court appeals) will likely be thrown out. We shall see...
