A few things to know about her firearms/shotgun experience:
-she might go to the range once a year at most
-she hates recoil and any heavy gun as she's a tiny human
-she's probably fired less than 20 12ga rounds in her entire life
-her entire knowledge of shotgun ammo selection/ballistics comes from a Dave Chappelle Netfilx special hence the "pepper him up" comment here 😂

At least 3 people have been hospitalized and the police do not have a suspect(s) in custody.

Escondido police received a call about a man with a knife jumping in front of vehicles and threatening drivers.
When they arrived the man stated he wanted police to shoot him and after her charged them his wish was granted with an impromptu ballistics test on his torso and leg.
After soaking up multiple 9mm hollow point rounds the man still refused to drop the knife. Additional officers eventually arrived and used multiple 40mm "sponge rounds" on him until he dropped the knife and was taken into custody.
Good example of pistol wounding ballistics if the central nervous system isn't hit.
