1. Black shirt guy got in white shirt guys face (likely made contact with him) before white shirt starts punching black shirt.
2. Black shirt guy seems to have had his hand on his gun at the beginning of the altercation.
3. White shirt guy learns the hard way why no one wins street fights.
4. It's probably going to depend on the state this occurred in, and prosecutor discretion, whether or not black shirt guy is charged criminally.
