The man police were looking for, 23-year-old Wattsel Rembert, was arrested Wednesday, according to Metro police. He is accused in a Nov. 18 shooting at a casino in the 5000 block of S. Boulder Highway
Charlie Kirk was shot earlier today at Utah Valley University.
The the shooter is reportedly in custody and Charlie's condition is unknown at this time.

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
Plan and carry guns at all times accordingly...
