The title is odd but if you read the story it's really about poor people not being able to afford guns nor the permitting process mandated by statist politicians.
Who would have thought that "common sense gun laws" would make it hard for law abiding citizens from all walks of life to defend themselves against criminals who aren't encumbered by such laws... 🤨🧐

I think all states need to pass legislation that increases the penalty for assault when a person continues to punch/kick/hit a person who is clearly knocked out and unconscious.
Plan and carry guns at all times accordingly...
